This is the 2 point box. This will condition the deep muscles in a tranverse plane and a twisting rotation movement. Progressions would be this; 4 point horse stance, 3 point box(corrective), 2 point box(static stabilisation), russian twist med ball SB(dynamic stabilisation),Seated woodchop(endurance), Standing woodchop(hypertrophy), Integrated woodchop with weightshift(Strength)! Easy! just a example of a transverse progression.
